Terms of Services

Effective Date: 4/1/26

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Neals Outdoor Services LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By requesting or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Neals Outdoor Services LLC provides landscaping and hardscaping services, including but not limited to:

  • Lawn renovations

  • Hardscaping installations (patios, walkways, retaining walls)

  • Property cleanup and outdoor improvements

       All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and agreement on scope of work.

Estimates & Pricing

  • All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection

  • Pricing may change if additional work, materials, or unforeseen issues arise

  • Estimates are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated

  • Final pricing will be confirmed before additional work is performed

Payments

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or invoice

  • Deposits may be required before work begins

  • Remaining balances are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

       Late Payments:

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees

  • Failure to pay may result in collection actions or legal enforcement

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Project scheduling is based on availability, weather, and workload

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

       Cancellations:

  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on project stage

  • Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee

Property Access & Responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for providing clear access to the work area

  • Neals Outdoor Services LLC is not responsible for damage to:

    • Unmarked utilities

    • Hidden or underground items not disclosed prior to work

Site Conditions

  • Work is based on existing site conditions

  • Additional charges may apply for:

    • Rock, roots, or difficult soil

    • Drainage issues

    • Structural or grading complications

Warranties

  • Workmanship warranties may be provided on select services

  • Warranty details (if applicable) will be outlined in writing

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Damage caused by weather, misuse, or third parties

Limitation of Liability

Neals Outdoor Services LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Delays caused by weather, material shortages, or circumstances beyond our control

       Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

Communication

By working with us, you agree to receive:

  • Calls, emails, and text messages related to your project

  • Updates, scheduling notices, and invoices

      Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messaging at any time.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:

  • Conditions are unsafe

  • Agreements are violated

  • Payment obligations are not met

​

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

​

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
